What you send
When you write by email or on Discord you may send your name, your contact details and information about your server. We use them only to reply, to prepare a proposal and to handle a purchase if there is one
How long we keep it
If no working relationship follows, messages and contact details are deleted within 24 months. Tax and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires
Providers
Your data may pass through the services we need for hosting, email and communication. The Discord link opens an external service only when you choose it
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data by writing to info@muffin-suite.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali
